I'm 6' 200. The XL was a good loosish but not too loose fit. I've had a large too and it is definitely next-to-skin, which I don't like in the leggings. The seam on the leg is a little prominent and caused some pain when I clamped down ski boots REALLY tightly. Overall they seem well made, very comfy, and warm.

These are easily the most comfy skivvies I have ever worn. Despite having rather a different aspect ration than the company had in mind when these were produced, they proved close fitting, but not too much so. The wicking nature of the fabric rendered a couple of long drives rather comfortable, while the exceptional insulative properties made kneeling on the damp ground in cotton pants rather pleasant.
If I had one complaint, it would be the over generous inseam, but this is likely simply due to my excessive girth, and did not detract from the comfort of wear.

Got these for hunting in Northern Michigan. They fit great and feel good and keep me warm. Very happy. Seems like a lot of money but it's the first time in my life I can stand to have leggings on.
