I've had this jacket for about a year. I've mostly worn it in cool weather. This is the first year I'm going to try wearing it in wet weather. It's not a bad wind jacket and it's good for wearing over base layers. The obnoxious yellow is nice and bright. I would give this five stars if it actually were rainproof. I'll update my review after I've ridden it in wet weather.

This jacket has a few features that justify more cost then a simple wind breaker. I would NOT call this jacket "360 reflective". It has a few narrow stripes of gray reflective material. Don't get me wrong, every bit helps, but this is not going to "glow in the dark". I have the bright neon yellow jacket and indeed it's a great commuter color.

The material is thin. It's not going to keep you warm, but will keep wind out. The material doesn't breath, so be prepared to sweat some. I've managed to scrunch/fold this jacket and carry it in the rear pocket of my jersey for transport. You can't expect breathable material at this price point!

The armpits are some black material that has holes in it. These do keep the pits from getting super sweaty.

The collar is about 2" and can be worn up or lay flat. The zipper goes up to the top of the collar and the material inside the collar is soft. You can keep warmth in and wind out with the collar up.

There are two zippered pockets. One pocket is on the side of the jacket and is pretty roomy (6"x6"). The other "pocket" is more like a pocket on the inside of a men's suit coat. It's right under the neck; there's a zipper on the outside to allow access. It's tall and narrow (about 3.5in wde, 6" tall, but not quite rectangular). It's pretty clever; the only drawback is that the top of the pocket is open on the inside. It would be a good place to carry papers or perhaps an energy bar. The outside of the zipper are well designed and might be waterproof.

The zipper on the front of the jacket is also well designed. It's a heavy zipper with no sharp edges to rip the jacket. To help keep rain/wind out, the zipper has a double thick strip of material behind it.

The wrists have elastic bands. No wind getting in here.

The bottom of the jacket is a bit longer in the back. It won't keep your butt dry if you are leaning forward on a road bike. The bottom of the jacket has elastic cord that you can use to tighten the bottom of the jacket.
