As an avid runner living in a cold climate (Wisconsin with winter wind chill of down to -30), I've struggled to find the right hat. My head is a normal size with a lot of thick hair so finding a hat that comes down past my ears to cover them too has been difficult. This hat is perfect! I bought it in the black but with the geometric pattern to dress it up, it's not too basic. The build in face mask is AWESOME! Essentially, it's like an extra liner that fits up inside of the hat and when you pull it down, you can pull it down a little to cover more of your forehead and ears or all of the way to cover the top of your neck and face. Needless to say, I am buying a second hat because if they stop making this, I want to have it for years to come!
