I have use this kit with two different triathlon wetsuits. The shampoo cleans out the salt water and sand as well as the lubricant you put on prior to putting on the suit.
The Suit Juice lubricant makes it easy to put on the suit. I prefer this over Glide when using a full body suit. Glide will be okay with short/sleeveless suit. I would recommend splashing some water over your body to make the lube a bit more soapy. You will slide into your suit with ease afterwards. I have never had to use the neoprene repair cement so I can't say whether it does repair a suit when needed. If you do not mind applying lubricant to your body, I suggest you give this product a try. If not, stick with Glide.
