Husband bought these his review I am 5 foot 10 175 and the size medium was perfect. Good compression and they were warm on a run straight out of the bag in about 39 degree weather with a little breeze. I never thought I would like "tights" but after running in them I am not sure if I perform quite as well without them. They do provide support and keep you warm. Highly recommend this tight. You get what you pay for and this is a great product by a great company Mizuno!
