I bought an older model of this jacket almost ten years ago and it lasted that long with over 200 days on the mountain. It kept me warm with thin layering in -30 degree weather and served as my best friend in Rainy northwest ski conditions (not to mention everyday in Seattle). I decided to replace it finally and this jacket is perfect, with one nitpicky exception. The hood doesn't zip off like my old one did. Otherwise it is just as good, if not better in every way. I might add that the music pocket is a huge upgrade, allowing me to use my Android in it without ever removing it from the jacket. Bonfire makes truly incredible gear...if you are considering one of their jackets, I say go for it.

this jacket is an overall fantastic product. it is warm, functional, has a lot of common-sense little tweaks to the design that ive never seen before but always want to see, the fabric feels extremely tough,pockets are great, the hood is really warm. the underarm zip ups are also really handy for keeping cool if the weather warms up. an overall great jacket.
