I purchased these tights for my daughter who is a competitive swimmer. She loves them and says that they work great at preventing soreness after a hard workout. She sleeps in them most nights, gets up the next morning for morning practice and her legs feel fresh. They fit true to size. She has used them for about 2mos. I usually wash them in the delicate cycle w/o softener and hang them to dry. They have held up well.

I bought these tights to wear solely for recovery; however, after trying them on, I decided to do a 6 mile run in these! They are awesome!! I am not an accomplished runner, but ran 6 miles w/ absolutely no muscle fatigue! On shorter runs w/o the tights, I would feel extremely stiff and have both hamstring & calf pain. These tights gave me the right amount of compression & support to complete the run! Even when I wore them after a shorter run, the compression was perfect to help relieve & restore my muscles!

I highly recommend these if you are having problems with post-workout muscle fatigue, or have trouble w/ longer runs because of muscle fatigue! A+ Product!!

I went without them for an 18 mile long run and ran over 30 seconds/mile slower than without them. My legs were "dead" and very heavy. I wore them for a 25K race last week and beat my personal best. I was not sore and the weather was in the 50's F and were very comfortable. I have a half marathon this weekend with high 60's projected temp. Going to wear them and see how they feel in warmer weather. My favorite running temp is the 30's so we will see how it goes.

Fit is very true to size unlike the swimmer's recovery top (see my other post). My daughter loves these and wears them after swim practice every day. She also sleeps in them, but says they are a little warm at night under the covers. I chose the "tall" version of these pants since my daughter is 5'10" and the length is perfect. Seems to be helping with the recovery as intended.
