I bought the matching Tri Shorts that go with this (LOVE THE SHORTS!-bought them in a medium). I am 5'4", 130 lbs and order most of my things in a medium. However, with this top I felt I should have gotten a small. It fits fine out of water. The padding is just enough where it is not uncomfortable when riding for long periods at a time. The only thing I do not like about the top is when swimming, the front zipper area catches water and creates a drag. This is especially true if your swimming portion of a tri is done in a pool, you can really feel the drag once you push off the wall. It is not a big deal though. The built in bra offers just the right amount of support for all events (I am a 34B). Overall, I would recommend the top but be cautious on the size you order. I would have exchanged for a smaller top if I had not already worn it for swimming. I will continue to wear it plus it is really cute.
