There are other great reviews for this helmet, but here are my two cents:

It's comfortable, I found that this helmet fit with a normal beanie or just by itself with no issues thanks to the adjustable tightness control on the back.

The ear pads kept me pretty warm, but not too hot. I would like slightly more ventilation on warmer days, but for the price, you can't beat it.

As a beginner snowboarder, this helmet has probably saved me from 3 concussions. The adjustable interior allows you to switch the size conveniently with just a few clicks depending on if you're wearing a knit cap or not. I'm in between a 7 3/8 and a 7 1/2 baseball cap size. I will usually buy a 7 1/2 and let it shrink to my size to get the perfect fit. The Surface-S Large is a great fit for me. The grey matte finish also looks sweet and the bill provides a little style. The goggle strap on the back is much sturdier than some of the flimsy straps i've seen on other helmets. Added bonus: I live in a cold weather city and ride a bike everyday. This is a perfect cold weather bike helmet with the built in ear warmers and doesn't look as dorky as the normal bike helmet.

I have not had a chance to get on the mountain with it yet, however I did wear it around the house. It is very comfortable.

For sizing, If you like to wear a hat, than get a size larger than you need. My head fits a medium helmet but I prefer to wear hats so I got a large and it works perfectly!!

Looks good, style is just right with brim and matte coloring.

Great looking helmet, great features at the price point. The key thing about this helmet is the adjustable ratcheting band. Common in higher-end Giro helmets (but not as common as you'd hope in competitors like Red). Was very easy to adjust the helmet, both with the ratcheting wheel and the up-down placement of the harness. Note you'll need to use some force to unsnap it read the manual. Nice looking, well assembled.
