Support good but no where near a supporter like they advertise. I bought them to ride my motorcycle and things still don't stay where you put them...even on fairly smooth roads.

these shorts are so simple and yet the best cup holding "garment" I have owned...tight but not constrictive, the cup sits just right and unlike synthetics you don't sweat your @#%& off...wish I had another pair...in black would be great too...
