Used these shorts for a sprint tri this past weekend. Fit was great, and they were equally as good on the bike as they were during the running leg. I didn't notice any "diaper effect" after the swim. I would highly recommend these shorts.

So far I have used these in both a sprint and olympic tri and they have served me well. Overall good shorts, decent chamois and comfortable. I am 6'1" about 190 and I got a large.

The shorts are very comfortable for long or short rides. The only real caveat is if you have very white skin -as I do! -on your butt cheeks, the "crescent-moon"-shaped panel on each cheek is very transparent. If you have a tattoo there, it's going to show. I'm keeping the shorts as I wore them on several already and don't mind throwing some modest shorts over them. It's a little less obvious in the sunlight than in artificial lighting, but you had better be really good friends with the person drafting you if these are all you wear for bottoms during your triathlon.

At least the transparent fabric isn't in the front or on the crack!

These shorts were a little loose and the material is a bit thin and sheer. Sheer is a word. Compare them to your cheapest pair of biking shorts as your local bike shop. Your "junk" hangs out there for the world to enjoy your profile. I would not buy them again. Invest in a $70 compression style short that you can try on in a store.

On a positive note, your quads will look like sculpted Virginia hams after you're done with your Tri.
