This is a nice flexible and comfortable bottom, made in Macau. I gave it only 4 stars not because it has any disqualifying features, but because there is even a better choice: Hot Chillys Men's Chamois Tight, which feels silkier and even nicer against the skin, and is made in U.S.A. They both give you plenty of ease of movement without any pulls or constrictions.
You would be wise to avoid Hot Chillys Men's Geo Pro Fly Bottom, which is just a piece of junk.

I've used hot chillys for skiing for many many years. They fit great and last a long long time! I have one pair that must be at least 10 years old.
