I bought this to match my CW-X shorts and am somewhat disappointed. The material is very comfortable (no upper body chafing) and wicks moisture very well (I wore it underneath my wetsuit to help in T1 and it was dry in the first .5 mile on the bike), but it runs incredibly small. I'm a bigger guy who has a larger chest to begin with 6'1" 215, 45in chest so I figured I would upsize to an XXL. Even the XXL runs small I felt like I was wearing a medium. I understand these provide compression by nature, but beware I feel it provides an EXTRA level of compression. I would almost rather have something loose like a bike jersey or another run jersey instead of being squeezed next time...

It has already developed a hole. Don't know whether that was a fluke of whether the product isn't very durable.

I have been wearing this underneath a T-shirt in runs around 50 degrees. I like to wear just this if it was any hotter. The one thing that stands about this shirt is there are two pockets on the sides where the mesh is. I put my car key in a baggie and put in one the pockets. I have to say that is what sold me on this shirt. Since it's form fitting, the key stays in place and is pretty deep to keep the car key from popping out. It doesn't chafe in the two full marathons I have ran in this with over a T-shirt. It does support your back muscles to keep swinging your arms while running, but it may take some getting used to that due to the elastic band to give some resistance when swinging your arms back that push your arms forward though. I don't mind it. It does a terrific job of wicking sweat away especially on a breezy day as long as it is not a really cold breeze. Then it does get colder but any sweat drenched shirt does that in a cold breeze. It is a good thing you can put a short sleeve shirt over this one on those days.

Kinda steep price but a great shirt for running or riding if you want to wear a tight fitting top. Rinses out and drys fast, side pockets are nice too.

I have used this in one TRI so far and it worked well. I am a small frame, and the small is still a little big on me, but other than that, it was perfect.
