Giving it 3 stars because the shirt is nice, but with no sizing chart of its own and relying on Amazon's was a mistake. I wear size medium to large depending on the brand (and even some brands I have to go between sizes). I am 5'10" 190 lbs and ordered the large, its HUGE, color was for a size 18 neck, and the mid section of the shirt could have supported a 240 pound person my height. Only good things were the length of the sleeves and shirt itself. Makes me reluctant to order a medium since its likley to have shorter sleeves and overall length along with the mid section and neck which were oversized. Maybe I just got a bad QC shirt that should have been marked XL...The fit is true to size. It looks great. Seems to hold both its shape and its soft texture. Hope it holds up in multiple washings because I am sure that it is going to be worn often.
