This omni heat stuff is really fantastic. I have read a lot of people saying it is a gimmick, but it really is not. You just need to have realistic expectations of the product. Those little silver dots do boost the warmth. The most notable thing is that it feels warm the instant you put it on. It's not going to turn you into a polar bear, you still have to layer properly, but this is a great layer.

I am kind of in between a 34 and 36 sized waist so I was unsure which size to get, medium or large, but I went with large and it fits well. It is not uncomfortably tight. I wear it under some nylon trail pants when it is too cold out to great success. Well made Columbia. Keep it up.

Received these last week. I like the fit, and ran with them under some light weight running pants this morning. I'm in Denver, and it was 17 degrees outside. I stayed warm. I also bought the same thing in a long sleeve shirt, which also worked well, and I will review that as well. I'm happy, and the price on Amazon was much better than other sources.

Purchased these for cold weather bike riding. Haven;'t had an opportunity to test them in the cold weather yet, however the fit was very good and they seem comfortable to wear.

Bought these as a base layer for running and I delighted with the product. They fit well and really keep my legs warm on cooler days. Can't go wrong with these.
