Out of the box, this shirt looks like a children's size (mine L/XL). Getting it on can be a struggle. Although tight at first, the material does stretch and the fit is firm, but not constricting. It leaves little to the imagination. Speaking of the material, it reminds me of my girlfriend's control top undergarment. It looks good on and the anatomical seams shown in the picture are more subtle in person, which is fine with me. I measure 5'10" 185 lbs (lean muscle), 42" chest and 32" waist and it's a good fit(L/XL). It wouldn't be effective for gut control;) I hope you find this review informative.
