I had lumbar back surgery a little over 3 months ago, and I'm now attending aquatic physical therapy. I bought the largest size because I wanted to be able to move freely. It's so lightweight that it feels like I'm wearing nothing and it dries in moments. I have the matching bottoms and love them, as well.

NB go to long sleeve is great. The price is good in comparison to other brands. I'm a dog walker and like to use long sleeves for protection. Not only does this shirt protect me from the sun, it keeps me dry, and its lightweight and easy to wash. It is true to size.My only complaint is in the description of the color and the picture. The pink shock is actually a neon pink which is not shown true to color in the picture above. I will be a highlighter out there!
Because I like everything else about the shirt, I'll go ahead and keep it.
