I've had a chance to use this back protector once on the slopes. It is rather comfortable and flexible. It adjusts well to the motions of the body. Once it is on and under the jacket no one but you will know you're wearing one. It will protrude slightly when you're sitting down on a lift, but otherwise it is a well made and well thought-out back guard.

This is an awesome product. Covers the spine from top to bottom. Great coverage, such great quality , fantastic design (with flexibility yet with large panels/pieces that are linked armadillo style for flex and shapely fit).

shoulder straps and kidney belt are also top-notch quality.
