I am a 30B, and the XS was a perfect fit for me. I actually bought this bra in white, and after trying it out for the first time went and ordered a second one in black it really is a great thing. I love the narrow straps maybe that won't be as comfortable with a larger size, but I personally really like the feeling of a lighter undergarment (some bigger sports bras with thick straps have so much coverage they almost feel like wearing a second top under your t-shirt).
The front is very supportive, at least in my size, and eliminates any jiggle whatsoever. The material of the skin side of the back part is almost mesh-like, meant to wick moisture away from the skin. I do have to say that this bra tends to absorb quite a bit of moisture and takes a while to dry, hence the 4 stars, but nonetheless feels perfectly comfortable for indoor exercise (haven't tried it for outdoor activities yet).
