They're good sleeves, really reflective. Not too thick, not too thin.

I bought the Small/Medium, my bicep is around 11-12 inches.

The pocket on the sleeve is smaller than it looks on the picture. I thought I could fit my nano (gen 1) but it wont fit.

If I were a runner, then any degradation to the reflective aspect of these sleeves (including any potential vulnerability to machine washing [as reported in a different review]) would be an issue.

As it turns out, my primary intended use of these sleeves is for protecting my arms from the sun, & the UPF aspect was key.

The snug fit is in marked contrast to a different brand of compression sleeve I tried previously. The other brand didn't have much of a 'hold' on the arm, & would slide down, whereas this brand has the 'shiny, rubbery, whatever-it-is' material on the inside at the top of the sleeve, to aid in its 'gripping' around the arm, & I can't imagine these sliding down (I'll need to confirm that they hold during active use of my arms, & sweating).

I concur with a previous reviewer's comments that these sleeves run quite small. When I first opened the package, I wasn't sure whether I'd be able to pull these Large/X-Large sleeves up *to* an elbow, let alone past one, but it turns out that this size fits me relatively well (as in, I can pull these up to within 1-2" of my armpit, & I can feel the compression, but it isn't 'too much' [yet... after wearing them for several minutes (albeit while simply sitting), it's bordering on being slightly uncomfortable in the uppermost aspect of my upper arm]) -but I can't imagine these fitting someone with bulky arms.

Until I 'kick the tires' on these, & clarify whether they hold after multi-hour wear, & during & after sweat, I'll refrain from buying any more -however, if they prove to be reliable in their 'hold' on my arms, & protect my arms from the sun, I would definitely buy additional sleeves.

I'll update this review after testing these a bit (including multi-hour sun exposure, to clarify whether the reported UPF protects me in a manner that UPF 50+ should).

In the meantime, I wanted to convey a warning to others about these sleeves running quite small.

Lastly, the pocket on the sleeve is smaller than the picture would seem to indicate (proportion-wise, relative to the length of the sleeve, etc.). The pocket on my sleeve is 2-1/4" wide x 3 inches long (when unstretched). When on my arm, the width gets stretched a tad (to approximately 2-1/2" wide).

The sleeve itself is great, does the job and is comfortable. Have used multiple times and finished a marathon with them with no issues in that regard.

HOWEVER, the reflective strip has started coming off after only a few washed on the left sleeve. This strip is just a adhesive strip that sticks to the sleeve so no damage is apparent to the actual sleeve. Will continue to use even without the reflective strip.

Basically if you need a running sleeve and don't care about the reflective strip these are great. otherwise spend some more money on another brand.

Product Features says "machine washable." It isn't.

The reflective strips peel off like dirty band-aids after one wash. It's too bad because the sleeve itself is great.

I love these sleeves. Once I put them on, I've never had to continuously pull them up or adjust them. They don't feel to hot or too cold and look really good. Although I haven't used the pocket yet, I'm sure it'd be great for a key or something.
