We use these all the time but my only issue is that the underpants are too small for the size of the cup. The fit is really tight around the legs especially my son is average sized, lean but just not super skinny. Given these are being worn for sport, a roomier fit would have been much better. We ended up buying a second larger pair and swapping out the cup.

My son is thin and this fits him better than I expected. He tells me the cup is comfortable. Would recommend this product to parents looking for a cup with underwear. I purchased this because other similar products on amazon didn't seem to run true to size based on the reviews.

I reviewed the sizing at the Shock Doctor website and order what was suggested for my sons waist size, but they were extremely tight especially around the leg openings. My son has a slim build so it's not him. I returned and order the next size up and these were also extremely tight to the point of uncomfortable and am in the process of returning. My son wears a size 10, but it looks like we will have to go to teenage/youth sizes for these too fit!

This is a nice brief. It fits well and my child says it is very comfortable. The cup is actually two pieces riveted together for better protection. I would buy this again.

The cup, waist band and brief are comfortable and not too heavy for summer time. The leg opening is a bit tight even for a slight child but I just cut the seems a little to give some extra room.
